Welcome!

We are located at 100 Dorset ST. STE 5, inside the KULA Yoga, Fitness, Social Lounge.

How to Book

ALL NEW PATIENTS - Select “Community Acupuncture FIRST VISIT” - This will trigger an email with the First Visit ‘paperwork’ that you’ll need to fill out.

For return visits select the amount you want to pay (eg “$30 Community Acupuncture RETURN VISIT”, “$35 Community Acupuncture RETURN VISIT” etc.) and the date/time.

We love cash and checks! If you are able, payments by cash and check help us keep our costs down. But more than anything, we want you to get the care you need! So pay what you can and how you can.

Get ready for your community acupuncture experience…

Appointment length:

Prepare:

Plan what you want tell our practitioners. Have a snack, wear loose fitting clothing, and arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in BY your appointment time.

Pay It Forward Program…

If you are able to pay more than $30, consider booking your return visits at $30 and then contributing to our Pay It Forward program by purchasing a ‘gift card’ for any amount from your online patient portal. This surplus will then be used for other community members facing financial hardship. You can also contribute to our Pay It Forward program in person with cash or check.

To receive assistance from our Pay It Forward program, email us at info@casobu.org or speak with your practitioner at your next appointment.

Bio

Growing up in Marlboro, VT, the natural world has always been a source of strength and place of healing and refuge. Eating veggies and fruit from mom’s garden, fish and venison from dad’s hunting, and feeling the warmth and care from my Babcia’s (grandmother’s) hands on my upset tummy, all led me to becoming a healer. I’ve also spent my lifetime healing my own trauma.

Outside of the office I enjoy books, film and television, gardening, having fun playing and cuddling with my kitties, and exploring our gorgeous Green Mountain state with my mom.

Philosophy

There is no ‘right’ way to live a healthy life. Achieving our health goals and living our best life requires a multifaceted approach and an open mind. Both Western and Eastern medicine, as well as spiritual and psycho-emotional practices, all support us in our path to wellness. Most importantly for me, has been accepting help.

Experience I have spent the last 25 years in direct patient care as an herbalist, massage practitioner, acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner.

After living in California for 14 years, during which I recieved my master’s in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and spent 11 years providing care in the SF Bay area, I returned to my roots, here in VT to care for and enjoy my mom’s twilight years and frolic in these rolling Green Mountains with my mom.

Education & Credentials: Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College Berkeley, CA (2008-2012).

Vermont acupuncture license - 091.0134060 NCCAOM certification - 152653
